Ordering
- Our internet sales are handled by Streamline and Worldpay who provide an excellent level of security.
- When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, delivery address, credit or debit card number and the card's expiry date. This allows us to process and fulfil your orders and to notify you of the status of your order.
- We also ask for your telephone number which enables us to contact you if there is a problem with your order.
- VAT is included on any item attracting this tax, sales invoices will show VAT proportion where appropriate.
- Deli2Dine4 products may contain nut traces, please see product information for details.
Delivery
- Products are only available for delivery within the UK. If you live anywhere else please contact Deli2dine4. We aim to deliver all orders within 5 working days of receipt of order. Please contact us on 07986 211 557 if you do not receive your delivery in this time period and have not been previously advised by us of any problems.
- Local delivery is free, check the postcodes on the ordering page, minimum order value £10.00. If we need to re-deliver due to no-one being available to receive order originally a charge will be incurred. All local deliveries will be in recycled packaging.
- For local delivery please ensure that someone is available to accept your order.
- For the rest of the U.K. delivery £4.25
- All deliveries are made by Royal Mail or Courier unless you contact us to request and pay for Royal Mail Special Delivery.
- We will email you once you order has been dispatched.
- If you want to order any larger quantities than those shown please contact us and we will get back to you with a competitive price.
- If you have any problems, queries, comments, suggestions or good ideas please to get in touch.
Returns & Refunds
- We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please check the goods on delivery and ensure that they are supplied correctly. If any of the goods provided are incorrect, please contact us to let us know on 07986 211 557 and then return them within 7 days in the original packaging and in an unused condition. We will refund your postage costs and either provide a full refund or replace them with the correct items. We recommend you obtain proof of postage and appropriate postal insurance (i.e. A Certificate of Postage) as refunds will not be given if goods do not arrive with us in a resalable condition.
- We cannot provide a refund for correctly-supplied food items unless they have been damaged in the post.
Cancellations, lost and damaged goods
- Any lost or damaged goods must be reported within 3 days.
- We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if, we have insufficient stock to deliver the products you have ordered. If this is the case, we will contact you to advise of an availability date or to offer you a substitute product.
- We shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver products or any delay in doing so or fault to products delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including, strikes, breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident.
Privacy
- Deli2Dine4 does not sell, trade or give out your personal information to others.
