This lovely Onion Marmalade is made with red onions with garlic undertones, it would go down well with a lovely ploughman's lunch or equally served on top of your favourite sausages or lamb chops or steak sandwich.

Winner of a Great Taste Gold 2009 award, this gorgeous chutney has the tang of rhubarb with the juice of pear and crisp garlic interludes.

The essential addition to beef, but try with smoked fish such as mackerel or try with tuna.
