Farrington Oils produces Mellow Yellow Britain's first Rapeseed oil entirely farm produced. At Bottom Farm in Northamptonshire the Rapeseed is grown, harvested, cold-pressed and bottled and produces the finest oils and related products.

Mellow Yellow Honey and Mustard Dressing 250ml
This is a classic dressing using Mellow Yellow cold-pressed rapeseed oil. It has a superb balanced sweetness with fantastic bite. Great with salads, and a perfect partner for potatoes, or crunchy, steamed vegetables.

This latest product is additive free and made using Eli Farrington's own recipe. True to its roots, it is made with Mellow Yellow and is uncompromising on quality and health.
Its classic blend of cold pressed rapeseed oil, free range eggs, a hint of Dijon mustard, and a lemony sharpness, make this Mayonnaise a brilliant complement to any food.
Mellow Yellow Garlic Mayonnaise 240g
A generous crush of Garlic is added to the classic mayonnaise to create an aioli style Garlic Mayonnaise. It is the perfect accompaniment for a wide range of foods, including salads and cold cuts, as a sauce for meat, fish and shellfish, a dip for crudités and canapés, in sandwiches hamburgers and of course chips!
For a really delicious BBQ accompaniment, thinly slice some tomatos and hard boiled eggs in a serving bowl, stir in a couple of spoonfuls of Garlic Mayonnaise and voila!
