A green mango chutney with mint, coriander, chillies and spices. Definitely not your usual shop bought stuff this has balls!!!
A rich fiery and spicy but cool mango chutney. Stir into curries for extra flavour. Use to stuff chicken breasts or fish prior to cooking. Wonderful with lamb. Superb with cold meats and cheese.
