Clippy’s Handmade Apple, Redcurrant & Chilli Jelly

This gorgeous Jelly is perfect with oily fish such as Tuna, Salmon, Mackeral and Trout. Also served with Grilled Lamb Chops, cold ham and Soft cheese. It has a kick this jelly but its not hellish just hot!!!
