Blue Sweet Sauces
BLUE are a small family fruit farm on the Shropshire-Welsh border where blueberries, apples and other fruit flourish. They produce all of the syrups, sauces, dressings and drinks mixers on the farm in a purpose built kitchen nestled amongst the fields where the blueberries are grown.
Blue Festive
A warming blend of Blueberries and festive spices that create a subtle, refreshing, but superb mulled wine. Mixed it with red wine and heat for instant mulled wine ( 1/3rd bottle and a bottle red wine), or if you prefer grapejuice for a non-alcoholic version.
Blue Cool
Blue Cool is a refreshing Elixir of blueberries and garden herbs that creates an exciting celebratory drink.
Mixed with chilled white wine, champagne, sparkling wine, orange juice or grape juice
Blue Sweet Syrup
A beautiful lightly fragranced blueberry syrup with whole berries and herbs. Perfect drizzled over pancakes, waffles, icecream, yoghurt or muesli. Add to puddings ie. Pavlova or apple pie
