Island Bakery Organics are based on the Isle of Mull in the town of Tobermory, where they make small batches of biscuits and finish and pak them by hand so they really do look and taste as good as homemade.
Chocolate Gingers
From Island Bakery these gorgeously dipped biscuits are coated in seriously decadent dark organic chocolate, and a generous gem of stem ginger has been gently embedded in the middle. Please don’t bother counting the calories, because you’ll run out of fingers. Digits were designed for picking up biscuits not computing calories.
Chocolate Limes
From Island Bakery comes this sublime(no pun intentended!!) biscuit, a subtle lime flavoured biscuit dripping in dreamy dark chocolate. mmmmmmmm
Lemon Melts
The Island Bakery Lemon Melts are utterly melty and totally irresistible. As one might suspect, the luxurious lemon hit comes from perilously pure lemon oil. To complement the delicate texture and flavour of this biscuit, each one is half-drowned in a gigantic vat of ridiculously rich, melted white chocolate. Now what else do you need??!!!!
