Q.
Garlic, pear and rhubarb pickle. Is this the one I saw on Countryfile last week ? ? I wans to MAKE it, not BUY it ! Is there any chance I could have the recipe please ? Thank you SUE DUYS

A.

Hello Sue, unfortunately i don't know if this was the product on Countryfile and secondly i only buy it from the The Garlic Farm on the Isle of Wight. You could try them (they are on my friends list) but i doubt if they would give out their secret recipes!! Failing that come back to me and i will give you a recipe of my own if you like.

Q.
Hi, can you tell me if I can buy panettone anywhere in the Rugby/Hinckley area now Christmas is over? I thought it was a traditional Italian desert not just a Christmas item. Thanks Zoe

Hi Zoe,you should be able to get it somewhere but maybe not in this area. definitely you can on the internet. If you are really stuck contact me again and i can pick you some up from an Italian supplier i know from Banbury.
