Iwould like to make Honey cake hearts, I have some local honey and a recipe but it requires honeycake spice which is apparently available in Delicatessens but I cannot find so far-do you stock this item? thanks Alison Howard

Hello, i am afraid i do not stock honeycake spice, infact i have never heard of it, but i did google it, but i didnt get much joy there either, i suggest you just use a spice that you like and would bring out the flavour of the honey ie. ginger, cinnamon or coriander or a mix of all three. I have an answer for you from a very kind lady in Manchester, thank you Justine :) These are the ingredients to make up the Honeycake spice

1 teaspoon Ground Ginger,1 teaspoon ground cinnamon, 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves,1/2 teaspoon salt, 2/3tbsp clover honey
