Yarty Valley is a small family company hestled in the Devon countryside. They make handmade fruit cordials to recipes handed down by the owners Grandmother. Using the best of British flavours of a bygone era up to 21st century tastes.
Goosegog and Elderflower Cordial 250ml
This lovely cordial is made with handpicked gooseberries and elderflower heads. Goosegog is the country name for gooseberries. You won't find this type of thick juice anywhere it oozes flavour, and would be great turned into a light dressing and served with smoked fish.
